This morning was beautiful.
Carter and I enjoyed it. It was so cold; our hands practically froze (they were numb). Then we came inside and put them under almost-hot water.
Carter and I played an imaginary game during the morning.
After lunch, we rode Aunt Laurie's horse, Blue. She held the reins for us, but she had Blue trot a little bit for me!! I also was tall enough to sort of put my feet in the stirrups.
Carter!!!
Me!!!!
Next, we rode Dr. Pepper. I had sooo much fun, but got a little carsick!! Near the end, Carter fell out, but I think he's okay now.
I chose these photos because they show how exhilarated we were.
So much fun!
Me at the wheel...
After the injury.
Family pictures. I took all of them and will proudly say I did a good job.
Carter is feeling better now. I also think this is a good photograph.
I took these photos of the horse.
There were some pretty things about the evening.
Carter was feeling good.
It was quite busy preparing dinner. There were more than enough opportunities to take pictures of people cooking.
Dinnertime. You probably notice we're not eating turkey. That's because we only visit her once a year, so we eat something special for dinner.
I had an awesome Thanksgiving day.
